Twice a month in March and April, Willie will be teaching Malaysian cooking, Nyonya style. This a an unique meals which was created after the colonialism in Malaysia. A blend of Chinese, Indonesian. Malay and Indian cuisine.
All ingredients are available at either superstore or T&T grocery stores on Calgary trail. You’ll be sent the shopping list before each session.
The classes will be on two Saturdays from 4 to 6pm, just in time for supper!
