BENEFITS OF THE NEW SYSTEM
- It’s cheaper! Members now get a whopping 40% discount off classes!
- You’ll have access to Zoom links for classes right away and can even grab them from your Account if you misplace the emails.
- No more registration deadlines! Sign up for classes at anytime (but note that your rate will not be prorated)
- example: if you sign up for a June class halfway through June, you’ll still pay the cost for the full month.
- Because we are no longer relying on a third-party system, we have more control over accounts and payments to provide you better service and support!
instructions for accessing the new system
We are only migrating account information for our members from the previous system. Because of this, please read the instructions below that pertain to your status:
MEMBERS (ALL TYPES)
If you have any kind of membership with us (ESC, Reciprocal, Associate, EGCCC), please read the below instructions:
- An account will be created for you. DO NOT REGISTER FOR A NEW ACCOUNT.
- On Tuesday, April 6, you’ll get an email from office@edmontonseniorscentre.ca
- Follow the instructions in the email to log in to your account and create a password.
- Once you have set a new password your account will be complete and you will be taken to your account page.
If you do not receive your email on Tuesday, April 6, check your email SPAM or JUNK folders. If you still do not have it, please contact us
Non-Members
If you do not have any type of membership with us, please read the below instructions:
- You will need to create an account.
- WAIT until Wednesday, April 7 before creating an account in case one has been created for you (if it has, you will receive an email with instructions on Tuesday, April 6. See MEMBERS instructions for details)
- Register for an account by clicking here and then clicking the “REGISTER” tab.

Once you’ve logged in to your new accounts using the instructions above, you can register for May classes. As we move forward, the other classes (June, July, Aug) will be made available for registration but are currently not available right now.
The people who already registered for classes in May on Book King (the old system) will receive a refund and will need to book the class again at the new, lower rate.
TRAINING FOR THE NEW SYSTEM
We are hosting a training session to show you how to use your new accounts! It’s free to join and available to everyone regardless of membership status or whether you used the old system before.

TIME: 1:00 P.M.
HOW TO JOIN: At the time of the meeting, you can click the button below to join. No registration is required but note that it will not work until 1PM on April 8. Mark your calendars!
